By replacing a few of Vista's system files and stopping the activation countdown timer, you can essentially have an activated Vista system without activating Vista.

After over a year and a half, IE7 has been released to the public as of Monday afternoon. Word hit the streets after several mangers of the IE division posted on the IE blog.
