CBS teams up with TiVo

Embracing a media technology once feared by commercial television as class="highligh" style="color: #000; background-color:#d7ffa7;">the industry's boogeyman, class="highligh" style="color: #000; background-color:#d7ffa7;">the CBS network has teamed up with TiVo Inc. to help promote its new fall shows.
In a first-of-its-kind deal between one of class="highligh" style="color: #000; background-color:#d7ffa7;">the Big Three U.S. broadcasters and class="highligh" style="color: #000; background-color:#d7ffa7;">the leading maker of digital video recorders (DVRs), TiVo users will be able to watch class="highligh" style="color: #000; background-color:#d7ffa7;">the pilot episode of CBS's upcoming sitcom "class="highligh" style="color: #000; background-color:#d7ffa7;">The Class" a full week before its prime-time premiere.
