Amp’d Mobile purchased by United Systems Access
United Systems Access will purchase bankrupt mobile entertainment company d-color:#d7ffa7;">Amp’d Mobile, letting more than 100,000 customers keep their service if they make the jump to the Main-based company.
United Systems Access Inc. said its Prexar Mobile unit had purchased the right to offer its monthly plans -- with no contracts -- to d-color:#d7ffa7;">Amp'd Mobile's customers. It would not disclose the price, pending a Bankruptcy Court hearing today.
